CPEP™ is a therapy which provides Lung Expansion.  We use a consistent, clinician-set airway pressure above atmospheric during both inspiration and expiration by employing continuous flow, a venturi, and a fixed orifice resistor.

The purposes of this therapy are to:

1. Prevent or reverse atelectasis;

2. Aid in the mobilization of retained secretions;

3. Reduce the incidence of air trapping.
